Forgotten 45: Since You’ve Been Gone / Rainbow

Don starts the show by discussing how he opted not to help neighbor Larry as he buried paver stones in the ground between their homes.
Larry also gave Don a chicken wing, somehow in the confusion Don started licking the chicken bone that Larry had been eating.
And Don is sure he just has bad luck, even with a roll of paper towels.
The guys discussed the NFL games from Sunday, and Don gave his jinx awards to three people for the Packers loss: From Twitter, Steve Hernandez! And from his personal text, Don’s brother Jim and Little Joe Pittman also sealed the deal long before the Packers eventually lost.
A few attempts to call Stones, about his Man On The Street interviews at the KHTK football party.
No response, so right to the tape. And like many others before him, Stones ad libs around the questions. But nearly everyone did not know who Keith Brooks was.
At one point, Don is almost ready to toss the bit, and briefly changes the topic to MLK day.
The guys spend a few minutes listening to MLK on the Merv Griffin show from 1967, then some discussion of Merv’s sexuality. Especially with Denny Tario.
Phantom urges Don to finish up the interview segment, and the end is better then the beginning! -It appears Jay Wuck was the assistant, and he was also a guest on The Stones podcast. We will listen to the audio tomorrow.-
Don loves a site to name a bridge in Virginia Beach, Va.
Patrick Stewart says cunnilingus over and over in a Vine video.
Walmart is selling 50 Shades Of Grey merchandise next to kids toothbrushes, so the guys call a Target in Baltimore to complain. They get in a conversation with a person who is thus far the outcall of the week!
Too much show, hop time for LISTENER VOICE MAILS! So please call
844-818-1140 for tomorrow’s show!
