Hello,

It’s been a daunting process trying to get individualized letters with unique coupon codes out to each and everyone of you who are paid subscribers in a timely manner. Although you have been very patient during the process waiting, waiting, waiting, we need your help. It’s been brought to our attention by Cleeng.com, the company highly recommended by UStream to handle the subscription end of things, that a number of you have contacted them and us about problems with your subscription. After reviewing the feedback and comparing the date, we have determined a large amount of the problems stem from the information RELM provided to us regarding your subscription. With that said, we find ourselves facing another daunting task. We need to confirm and verify everyone’s subscriptions. This will be say on your part. We simply need you to send us an email with all of the account information you entered when you originally signed up for your subscription through the RELM website (full name the account is under, address, email tied to the subscription). Most importantly, we need you to also send us a copy of your paid receipt from Paypal?RELM confirming the type of subscription you have, IE: monthly, quarterly, yearly so you get credited for the proper amount of time. Once we get the information from you we will verify it with what we have.

 

Our focus and commitment has always been to DO THE RIGHT THING by you, our loyal listeners. We value your loyalty and support and don’t want you to ever feel you’ve been taken advantage of. That’s why we chose to carry over the time that your originally paid for with your subscription when the arrangement with RELM ended. Never did we ever  imagine  that the information sent to us on spreadsheets by RELM regarding your subscriptions would have so many errors. The ONLY way to resolve this is to literally start over at step one and ask for your help in sporting this mess out. Once we get the information, we can make any corrections regarding time owed to your account as quickly as possible and confidently know the date is correct.

 

We know this is a huge hassle and it is not lost on us how patient you all have been. We have been working into the wee hours of the mornings trying to get the information to you initially and commit toy you that we will do the same once we start receiving your original subscription/renewal information and payment confirmation from PayPal. We do not want or need your credit card information.

 

Also, please send us the coupon code that was in your subscription letter, especially if you state it’s not valid or doesn’t work. We will either confirm it works or send you a new one. If we find the original coupon code doesn’t work, it will immediately be destroyed after you have been issued a new one.

 

I’m sure you can appreciate what a challenging and time consuming process this will be on our end,  particularly,  since  there are so many of you and so few of us, but know we WILL resolve this is as timely a matter as humanly possible.
